Ha llegado el momento de pasar a limpio las voluntades.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por un lado, existen \u00e1mbitos en los que los partidos que conforman el Gobierno Vasco \u2014el PNV y el PSE\u2014 han decidido continuar con las pol\u00edticas de siempre; en materia de vivienda, por ejemplo. A nuestro juicio, si no se transforman de ra\u00edz las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil dar una respuesta real a un problema de tal magnitud, que est\u00e1 resquebrajando el contrato social.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, hay otros \u00e1mbitos en los que vemos la posibilidad de alcanzar acuerdos de pa\u00eds importantes, con el fin de afrontar los retos sociales y en beneficio de la alternancia institucional que vendr\u00e1.
